Today, we’re introducing Giulia Rosati, who has been part of LHP Europe’s HR team for just over a year.
In her role, Giulia focuses on all aspects of the employee experience—from identifying and recruiting talent to supporting people in their growth and development throughout their journey within the company. What motivates her most is the opportunity to create a tangible impact and see people evolve over time.

For Giulia, Human Resources is not only about processes and policies; it is about understanding people. Naturally curious, she is fascinated by team dynamics, workplace culture, and discovering how organizations can create environments where individuals can thrive and perform at their best.
This curiosity extends beyond the workplace as well. In her free time, Giulia enjoys reading, staying active through sports, and exploring new places and cultures.

Recently, Giulia worked on one of LHP Europe’s important initiatives: the journey toward obtaining the Gender Equality Certification. For her, this project represented a particularly meaningful experience.
"It allowed me to move from theory to concrete action within HR processes. We analyzed data, reviewed policies, and collaborated with different company functions. It was a cross-functional and stimulating experience that helped increase organizational awareness."
