We're introducing Antonella Kim Johnson, Administrator at LHP Europe and one of the key people behind the company's foundation and growth.
Antonella is much more than an administrator. She was the spark that brought LHP Europe to life. In the summer of 2018, she identified the opportunity, brought together the right people, and helped establish what would become LHP Europe. Since then, she has been closely involved in the company's development, contributing directly to its organizational and strategic growth.
During the early years of the business, Antonella took on a wide range of responsibilities, including Human Resources, communications, accounting, business development, customer relations, project management, and serving as the company's legal representative. This hands-on experience provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the business and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic vision and operational execution.
Born in Italy and raised in the United States, while spending many summers in Italy throughout her childhood, Antonella developed a strong multicultural perspective from an early age. After completing her studies, she chose to build her professional career in Italy, gaining experience across different industries and developing a remarkable ability to adapt to new environments, challenges, and opportunities.
